Conference Programmer is a practical and effective program specifically developed for college and university conferencing operations. Conference Programmer is used by over 150 North American universities to reserve guest housing, arrange meal plans and catering, create contracts, generate invoices, manage contacts and provide summary information to other departments.
What we do together: Both companies use web services built on Microsoft’s .NET Framework. The first User Interface integration allows administrators to link Groups in CP with data pulled from EMS and includes information such as group names, certain event details, and contact information.
The second integration will provide the ability to create housing and dining charge details in Conference Programmer and summarize those directly into EMS with details in an attached PDF document.
The benefits: Both integrations reduce manual data entry and provide more accurate and faster communication, saving time and effort.
How it works: In the first phase, through a simple web interface wizard, groups in EMS can be associated with groups in CP; they can also be used to create new groups in CP.
The second phase uses the advanced EMS API. CP updates EMS directly with the relevant data and an optional file attachment with detailed information about housing related charges.
How a customer gets it: The solution from SeattleTech is available as an add-on module for CP – please contact your CP sales executive. Configuration and support is provided by SeattleTech. EMS customers who require the advanced EMS API should work with their EMS sales executive.

Crestron Connected Scheduling Application CCSA
The Crestron TPMC-4SM 4.3" Wall Mount Touch Screen is used by many joint EMS – Crestron customers. Crestron has created a Crestron Connected Scheduling Application that works ONLY with the TPMC-4SM. CCSA is a stand-alone software application that allows the integration of Crestron TPMC-4SM touchscreens and EMS software. This is a direct connection - NO Crestron control processor(s), NO Fusion RV or RoomView software are required.
For EMS customers who are licensed for the basic EMS API, the touch screen will function as a display-only device. However, customers who license the advanced EMS API will be able to book rooms directly from touch screens outside their meeting rooms.
The process to follow :
1) Users decide if they want the facility of touch-screen booking and if so license our advanced API. Contact your DEA sales executive.
2) You'll also need to install and activate the EMS API (required for basic AND for advanced) if that has not been done previously. Please contact support@dea.com.
3) CCSA is not yet described on Crestron’s website but is available on request by emailing partners@crestron.com. Make sure you also get the nine-page Guide from Crestron on how to Install and Configure CCSA.
4) CCSA is a Crestron-designed and -coded software application. All customer support for CCSA is provided by Crestron.
5) At this time Crestron is not charging for CCSA.
