The EMS Client is a desktop application required for managers to configure and administer EMS, and for reservationists to book space and resources. Virtual EMS is the customer-facing web application that makes EMS available online. A base system –which includes the EMS Client– is well-suited to a more regulated space management environment. Add Virtual EMS to provide an online calendar, streamline the room requesting process or allow self-service reservations.
