What's New in EMS Lite 7.0
New Reservation Wizard Functionality¹	A number of enhancements have been made to the Reservation Wizard, including: Dynamically assigned red dots denoting required fields that do not have entries, remembered Search Method and Setup/Teardown (Minutes vs. Hours), and Available All Day indicator on second window.
Holiday Import Option¹	Keeping your staff up-to-date on holidays that affect your scheduling operation just got simpler! You can now import a list of holidays to streamline that data definition task.
Tighter Integration with Microsoft Outlook® ¹	Sending email from within EMS is now easier than ever! Access your Microsoft Outlook contacts – as well as the contacts in your EMS database – with just a click.
Numerous Navigator Improvements¹	EMS users tend to spend a lot of time on the Navigator window, so our product development team does too! New features include an Event/Reserved Time display option, Show Available Rooms Only option when moving a booking and more.
Multiple Reservation Book Enhancements¹	Already one of the most widely-used tools in the system, the Reservation Book is now even more powerful. Numerous enhancements have been made to "the Book," including: current time indicator; Services, Group Phone, Group Email, Event Type, Contact as tool tip options; printable weekly view and more.
Customizable Window Layouts¹	Changes a user makes to the layout of any window in EMS are now saved and used the next time the window is opened. From resizing to rearranging columns – set the system up in the way that works best for you.
Streamlined Navigator/Book Option Maintenance¹	New windows for maintaining Navigator and Reservation Book options are now available, making it easier to set and modify options.
Redesigned Virtual EMS Interface²	The web is changing every day, and Virtual EMS is changing with it. The system has been rebuilt to take advantage of new web development technology that creates a richer, more robust user experience.
Simplified Access to Web-Based Info¹	URL fields in the system now convert entries to clickable hyperlinks, making it much easier to access information on the reservation, group, etc. that is being edited.
Enhanced Reporting Capability¹	A number of improvements have been made to reporting, including a new Room Cards report, the use of calendar styles on the Event Schedule, Hide Holidays and Grey-Out Adjacent Calendar Days options on the Event Calendar and more.
