14 May 2012
DENVER, CO – Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. (www.dea.com), a leader in the development of sophisticated room scheduling, web calendar and online event registration/survey software, today announced that the Designated Approving Authority (DAA) – U.S. Army, 9th Signal Command has approved a request to award a Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) to EMS software, specifically their product EMS Enterprise.
This accreditation ensures Dean Evans & Associates’ EMS Enterprise software meets U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) standards for security, compatibility and sustainability. The CoN is required for all software products in the Army Enterprise Infrastructure Network.
"Federal government and military entities have very unique facility scheduling processes and guidelines. EMS software’s flexibility and ease of use continue to help government agencies meet all of their facility scheduling needs," said Bryan Sorrentino, director of sales, corporate, government and nonprofit of Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. "We are extremely proud to support our armed services and are thrilled that EMS Enterprise has received the Certificate of Networthiness."
EMS Enterprise software will help the US Army Material Command (AMC) to optimize resources and increase room utilization throughout a number of their facilities.
"EMS software has significant experience assisting various U.S. Federal markets to enhance their resources and optimize room utilization," added Sorrentino. "In order to receive the CoN a product is put through extensive testing and research. The CoN validates product reliability; Dean Evans & Associates can confidently say that our product, EMS Enterprise (version 6), has met the Army’s highest standards."
