Registration Fees, Deadlines and Process

Registration Fee Details
Pre-Conference Training Clinic Fee Includes:
- Breakfast and lunch Sunday
- Use of laptop computer for hands-on learning
- Small, hands-on group training covering basics of EMS
Conference Attendee Registration Fee Includes:
- All conference materials and admission to all sessions
- Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- EMS receptions hosted by Dean Evans & Associates
Guest Registration Fee Includes (no individual event pricing):
- EMS Welcome Reception, Sunday, September 26
- EMS Gala Dinner Reception, Monday, September 27
Registration Does Not Include:
- Dinner Sunday evening (EMS Welcome Reception offers cocktails and light appetizers)
- Entertainment or dinner Tuesday evening
- Travel arrangements and costs, lodging, parking fees or transportation costs to/from the aiport
Payment Terms
Payment for all conference fees is due at the time of registration. Your registration status will remain "Pending" and a seat is not guaranteed until fees are paid in full; a registration "Confirmation" will be emailed after we process payment. If payment is not received before August 27, 2010, your registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline for partial refund is August 27, 2010. All cancellations received on or before August 27, 2010 will be credited all fees paid less a $50.00 processing charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after August 28, 2010.
How to Register
- Simply click the button below to access the online registration site.
- After completing the online registration process, you will receive an email indicating
that your registration status for the conference is "pending" and payment terms and instructions.
- Once the registration
fees are paid in full, you will receive a second email confirming your registration. If you do not
receive notification via email in a timely manner (5-7 days), it is important that you contact
us to ensure your registration has been received, as availability for this conference
is on a first come, first served basis.

- Determine whether you will be traveling by ground or by air and make travel arrangements.
If flying, don’t forget to plan for transportation from the airport to the hotel!

in Colorado. Make arrangements and check on availability.
